One of the longest serving presenters, Des Locke joined Starpoint in 2004. Des is very keen on promoting new artists and often features exclusive new music on his show. He is also often asked to interview various artists new and old, ranging from George Duke to Jua, James Day to Browns Bag, Time Piece and Costie Payne. As well as presenting, Des is the force behind the gigs, having run successful soul nights for both Starpoint and Solar and at the Live Bar.
